Forward Innovations is conducting the next CEO Bootcamp on June 9th and 10th. This comprehensive program is a “Must Do” event for entrepreneurs that are launching a company and seeking financing. The conference cost is $2,500 and we always fill up very fast. We keep the attendance to 10 people and we film the conference, allowing anyone that attended to review it over the Web.

Forward Innovations CEO Bootcamp 1 is followed by CEO Bootcamp 2 on June 11th and 12th. Bootcamp 1 is aimed at entrepreneurs who are at the first startup phase of their business when they are seeking angel and Series A investment. Bootcamp 2 is for entrepreneurs who have already completed their Series A funding, and want to know how to take it to the next level, and then to liquidity.

The conference covers the formation of the company, raising the Friends and Family Round, making your company “fundable” to angel investors, setting up Founder Protection from nasty VC tricks, and raising the Series A Investment.  We will go through who to raise the money from, how to value the company, how much to raise, and what milestones are expected to be accomplished with each investment.  Finally, we will dissect the term sheet and go through each element of the terms and do a detailed definition, explain the VC wants the term, what you can and can’t negotiate, and discuss negotiation strategies.

The Bootcamp starts with 6 weeks of 1 hour group webinars, providing important tips and trick of being an entrepreneur.  We then escape to an offsite at V6 Camp, which is a once in a lifetime experience.
